This was a large renovation project where the client wanted to make the small, upper pool longer and deeper for swimming, and he also wanted to add some family fun.

This new pool was designed & constructed with swimming in mind. The pool design was a combination effort between John Doak Architecture & Pool Patrol. The client swims daily and didn’t want to turn after every few strokes, which is typical in most backyard pools.
This small pool was designed and built for aesthetic appeal and relaxing. I think we nailed it! The pool has a large sun shelf for a couple loungers and bench seating all around for social gathering and relaxing.

This pool and hot tub construction was not as easy as it looks. After several design changes and a slight location adjustment, this multi level vanishing edge pool really took shape. This pool was in bad condition and the surface was delaminating. Pool Patrol removed the old surface, installed a new tile band and applied a new Diamond Brite surface. An easy job and within a few days the pool was filled with water and family members were enjoying refreshing swims and soaking up the Caribbean sun.
This new canal lot construction was a small challenge due to the size and shape of the pool being constructed. As the owners wanted the pool to compliment the uniqueness of their home, the free form shape was important and in true Caymanian style mosaic turtles were even added to the pool floor.
